You can easily update the custom WordPress permalinks for the portfolio and team custom post type to your own ones.
Please open your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance -> Customizer -> Theme Options -> Custom Post Types. Put your custom name and save the changes.
Please note that the added page cannot have the same name as a custom post type slug. For instance, if you have a custom slug such as "work" for the portfolio, naming a page "work" will result in a conflict within WordPress. In this scenario, we recommend creating a new page with a distinct name, such as "works." This will prevent any conflicts and ensure smooth functionality.
