The most common issue the user may have is "the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error".
What does it mean? It means that the user is trying to upload the wrong theme zip file. In this case it's a main theme zip file having the extra folders inside, such as Demo Import, Documentation etc.
How to resolve it? The answer is very simple:

- Use the installable theme zip file. It can be downloaded separately in your Themeforest account or you can download the main theme zip file, unzip it and find a proper zip file inside the package
